Q: How does fulfillment and shipping work?

A: Rilicospace can delivery the packages directly to commercial and residential shipping addresses.

For furniture deliveries, we DO NOT offer a white glove service; you will need to use a third-party vendor to arrange your own shipping service or establish a relationship with a receiving warehouse.

Q: Is my personal information confidential?

A: Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Q: When will I receive my package?

A: Small Packages (lighting<30'')shipped via DHL/ FedEx/UPS Air Express the shipping time is around 2 weeks.

B: Big Packages(lighting>30'') shipped by sea. The shipping time is around 4 weeks.

B: Big Packages(furniture) shipped by sea. The shipping time is around 5-6 weeks.

Q: What about delayed deliveries?

Proactive notification: delays of more than 3 days will be emailed to inform the new estimated time.

Compensation Program:

10 days delay: $20 coupon

15+ days delay: free shipping upgrade

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: If you need to cancel all or part of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We do not guarantee cancellation until you receive an email confirming your cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If an order cannot be canceled, please see our Return Policy.

Q: I'm in a hurry, can I rush my order?

A: Yes you can. If you need faster delivery, please contact us for a quote on expedited shipping.

Q: How do I return a product?

A: If you want to return an item you may do so within 30 days of receipt as long as it is defined as a returnable item.

Quality problem: we bear the shipping cost in both directions

Customized products: returns are not accepted for non-quality issues (except where required by law)

Q: Do the lights and furniture need to be assembled?

Please note all lighting fixtures and some Furniture requires self-assembly.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund after returning an item?

Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days

Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

Q: What should I do if an item is lost or damaged during delivery?

A: Please contact us at support@rilicospace.com within 7 days of receiving your order (or tracking marking it as delivered) to discuss lost or damaged items and we will be sure to resolve any issues promptly.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Once your order package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number to track its shipping status. Check Track the Order for details.

Q:What do I do if my product has a problem during the warranty period?

A: Immediate action:Take photos of packaging + damage

Q: Are taxes calculated at checkout?

Ocean Freight (30-45 day delivery):

Q: How do I check if the product size fits my space?

Contact our customer service and we will recommend the right product for your space. We can also provide visual and design drawings if required.

Q: How do I choose the color temperature and brightness of the lamps? Dimmable?

Comparison chart: 3000K (warm) - 4000K (neutral) - 6000K (bright)

3000K is provided by default, dimmable

Q: Can I change the light source of the fixtures?
